Show a "Details" tab in phone apps.
Desktop console apps can provide a key command that sends the .html page to the default web browser.
WPF and Silverlight apps can show a "Details" button in the console lab UI, which simply opens the .html file in an embedded browser. Alternatively, consider placing the "Details" button after the lab selection drop-down field so that it's
available for console labs and GUI labs. Another possibility is to add a text link in the console output when a lab is selected.
